I'm not going to lie. I just a lot of people don't know how easy it is. You can do something like fairly basic that will, if you've gotten really off track health wise,. Like I did kind of like get you back to a baseline, but also just kind of maintain where you're at. If you feel like your body works perfectly great, it can kind of like help you keep that baseline of functionality as you get older and more sedentary.
