I started to get to really know this guy. It was turned out we had loads in common. And then at some point in the evening, we ended up snogging our first nog on the dart slot in marathon bar. We were inseparable for like the next few weeks. He got offered a job to work with UN six weeks into our relationship. Then he asked me, do you want to come with? And I was like, yeah,. because I was at the stage where it's like, I'm really, I've always wanted to live abroad doing the work that I was doing, like, international development.
