The Benefits of Owning a Semi-Disattached Property
Danny Gordon from Kathmandu calls in with a question. Is there any particular value in being able to own both properties that are part of effectively the same building? Some lenders will just not lend on it because you own both, so it will restrict your options. There's probably not much in the way of an advantage over just buying something else. So I wouldn't feel any pressure to add this one to your portfolio.
