The Fourth Turning of History
The Romans called it a cyclerum. About every 82 100 years, you have a shift in society, a great upheaval,. I'll give you an example. So 80 years ago, from now, would be World War II and the Civil War. And so this cyclical part of history, the reason they call it a fourth turning is because every 20 years, there's another turning. The last turning began really with what you would call the greatest generation.
