What I Didn't Know About the South Royalton Conference in 1974

Milton Friedman was there. Henry Hassel was there. The students of Mises were there. I mean, it was an incredible time in my life intellectually to meet all these great economists, young economists and established economists. It provided so much insight to young academics to really get their career underway. Because of the idea of distribution effects that the money is, we don't just assume away all the interesting questions by saying, let's just imagine that the money doubles overnight or something. That's not how it works anyway.
