I feel like the pandemic did more than we realize in terms of cultural shifts. I do think there's a massive, there's a major work ethic in the US and sometimes we are workaholics. Sometimes the expectation is to work very long, very hard to build your life around your career. And if you don't have that career, it could be looked down upon a little bit or like, what are you doing with your life, right? It's all about that career. But this might be changing. In the pandemic, people started to value other things a bit more.
