Is It Legal to Put an Order Before a Client's?
As part of getting a license, i was told that me placing my order before my client's order was illegal. So so how is this legal? Where citadel can do this,. where they're allowed to to openly, i mean openly, robin hood says, hey, we're about to trade this stock. Why don't you get in front of it? How can they legally do that? And i couldn't, because they're not the same institution, because it's an outside institution.
