The Importance of Romantic Powers

There's going to be a skime time skip between Stormlight 5 and Stormlight 6 of about 15 years. We did see Wayne dilate time to set up the speed of the white. So, you know, it's not impossible. It calls into question how does that a romantic power work like is it using the same mechanism of drawing a lot of investiture to itself to produce this effect? Or is it able to produce an identical effect on its own with a relatively limited Romantic Power? I think it's the second one.
