Is He a Ruler?

Pays has had a really solid debut, but nobody expected him to be ruler. And the mistakes that he made, he's a beast in line first off like his laning and mechanics are really good. I think he'll learn quickly about some of the macro mistakes that he's made or being caught out or positioning errors. But as far as his start goes, it was better than I anticipated.
