Is There a Political Pressure on the FDA?
The problem hereth is not the politiisean a politization is its own problem. The process by which these agencies are determining which of these things are good and bad is partially also their own kind of politics. It feels like where they really just didn't like the idea of any kind of political body, indicating that their level of reservedness around engaging in quick authorizations as was worth while. But at the same time, too woud say, it's not really clear to me that we think, in general, that it's bad that there's not political pressure on these agencies.
