Is There a Moral Panic About No Platforming?

No platforming has taken up a huge amount of space in the British tabloid and columnist imagination. The vast majority of humans on earth are excluded from it. I think that this idea that some people have denied a platform that they have an eternal right to is a kind of bizarre thing to say when it's like practices of editorialization and curation, always involves processes of inclusion and exclusion. It doesn't really matter what the conversation is, how you're engaging with him. And part of that is maybe reacting to something which is true, which is the process of inviting someone onto media as a process of legitimization in some way.
