A federal appeals court rejected J&J's plan to put this group of liabilities, which it spun out into its own little corporate entity, the attempt to put that into bankruptcy is being rejected. There are 38,000 cases, many of them have been grouped together, more than 38,000. But they are going to appeal, they're going to challenge this ruling.
