We talked about all or nothing being one of the big mistakes. And unlearning that looks like exploring shades of gray, when you catch yourself in a moment of considering that all or nothing approach. There's not an all or nothing, like i should i shouldn't. There's shades of gray. I can have a bite of chriss's and then not have any of the left over. Scertainly, i can not have every single day until it's gone. But there are shades of gray in between there. Instead of a big slice, i can have a small slice right? You're just ly going to have to unlearn.
