Sandy Tank is co-founder of Jamie to the West. Born in Macau, Sandy grew up surrounded by a unique fusion of cultures. Started cooking properly when she was 15 and started mimicking recipes from home. Her mum doesn't want her or herself to get anywhere close to the kitchen. She says: "I like being experimental"
