Don't Ask Questions When You're Interviewing Candidates
A resume is nothing more than the summary of a story. You want to be able to tell ad make assumptions based on somebody's resime, not only where they've come from, but why you think t they're interested in your position. The more questions that somebody has on their resime, again, just put a checkmark down. If you look at your resume and you think of every question that a hiring manager could ably have answered it, answer it somewhere on your resume. We'll get into some resume structures later on.
