First time buyers seem to be holding up the most strongly. Stock of homes for sale is 66% higher than it was a year ago. Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds are all areas that we talked about as our top hotspots this year. So so far, only five months in, our predictions aren't looking too bad.
