The Effects of Resistance Training on Muscle Fiber Hypertrophy

There's a very wide variability in what happens in response to low load and high load training, both cause hypertrophy. We get anything from trivial to very large effects depending upon the data. And I have talked about this previous line of iron culture, but essentially right now your traditional training with high and low loads doesn't seem to induce fiber type specifichypertrophy. The issue is that recruiting a muscle fiber is not necessarily the same thing as overloading it and training it.
