How to Balance Work and Life
It's definitely a balancing act. I've got a couple of high performance programs, obviously, and then I'm still in private practice with my own business a few days a week. And there's definitely times where I think now is a pretty great example that I'm sleep deprived and overworking. So it's, you know, whilst I might complain that I’m sleep deprived, I still really love what I'm doing. That just didn't provide the job satisfaction that I was looking for.
