How to Be a Mindful Eater
Indian cuisine is my least favorite to cook because it just feels so complicated up list of ingredients. Recently, I sort of improvised a recipe created a kind of stir fry prawn and bird's eye chili and gochugaru and gin which I absolutely love. It's the best prawn I've ever had and therefore if you ever come home I'll make it for you. How can that be? Right? It's not even a recipe. And I don't think anyone's ever combined birds eye gochuguru and and gin with both olive oil and butter at different stages of the process.
