The Light of the World
Jesus himself says, I am the light of the world. No one comes to the Father except through me. But Jesus not only claims this about himself, that he is the light and that he brings life and revelation, but he actually lives out this promise while he is walking on the earth. Because Jesus gives life, he brings revelation and he actually embodies light. He overcomes death with his eternal life.
