There isn't a way to have this kind of what seems frictionless, smooth experience as a consumer without having also a process that verifies who's behind the wheel. There is no computational system that can identify a person with 100% accuracy every single time. As long as it seems like we want things done for us through robots or through AI, they'll keep trying.
