The Importance of Sprints

10 years ago, if you would be shipping once a month, that was a great accomplishment for many. Now we are expecting to ship when a feature is done. If that's today, it's late. If it's tomorrow, it's tomorrow. But as soon as we're done, we ship it. The kind of there is... So even the notion of sprints to me is becoming ridiculous.
