The Squeeze Technique

Squeeze technique was a way to mentally reach for something that wasn't there, in an attempt to get somebody to learn how to intensify a contraction without tensing up in the wrong way. It's not like we're squeezing a sponge. We're just trying to exert harder in one direction. But it was a great teaching tool because it's, it's static position, but with the potential for the negative in place. So you know your rate of fatigue is extreme at this point,. beause we usually t never elicit the squeeze technique until le a minute into the exercise when we figured people were sufficient.
