The Importance of Polysilicon in Solar Panels
The key ingredient of these solar panels is something called polysilicon. For a long time, only European and American companies knew how to do it well. An Italian company who worked in America at a solar outfit, he signed a deal with a Chinese company that turned over the secrets for cash.
