The team we're building is actually very similar to the turbo team that we put together. We want to balance what we consider to be like product engineers and framework engineers. Framework designing engineers are people with deep, fundamental understanding of the space. And product engineers know how to build stuff that can guide the sort of guide the team and get stuff done.
