Kayla: People don't want to be told that you're assuming, right? Like, so I've been setting up agendas and my guys want to be super respectful of your time with 10 minutes left of the call. And nobody's ever thought like, oh, God, I don't like this guy or girl because they've told me they want to be respectful about time. There's no downside, for sure. Jason: If you're meeting with an economic buyer, it would likely be beneficial to pull some case studies or some stories that have tangible results in them. That could be more persuasive than a team member saving time or less fragmented tech stack.
