The divide between senior highly respected quote-unquote whatever like designers and those you know lesser-known or trying to get into the industry. is interestingYeah we we saw that with Twitter as well for sure Twitter yeah people being laid off from Twitter or leaving because they didn't agree with the new management. Do you feel like there's going to be a point in the future where it's like suddenly everyone wants to hire design? I do believe this will turn around um but I think the companies have been pulling back on design hiring and design resourcebecause it feels like an easy area to cut.
