Nel: One of the things that i remember experiencing in some of my groups was feel like the others in the group, or just so much better than i was. And having insecurities about not belonging because i wasn't as good of a player,. Or didn't have as good an idea or understanding of what we should be doing. Is that something that you run into with some student groups, or that happens? Nel: I think different people respond to i don't ko that it's an insecurity or just not feeling confident in different ways.
