A trial date has been set for fall of this year. It's unlikely that the trial will actually happen around then because these things take a long time to prepare for. But at this point, his top lieutenants have pled guilty and said, oh, yeah, we were definitely doing a lot of crimes. And so they're going to get up on the witness stand at this trial and say, you know, I committed crimes with Sam Bank and free. The bankruptcy team is kind of going after the money that SPF distributed to various places. He invested hundreds of millions of dollars in other startups.
