In a traditional sass model, you make the same amount of money regardless of how much the customer uses the form. But in a usage base business, i only make money if you use the platform. If you don't use the platform, i don't get to recognize those deposits as revenue. And even worse, if i built a number of features for you as a customer that you aren't using, it's not just that i wasted time building those features that aren't being used,.
