How to Innovate in a New City

I moved from having worked in sort of the software technology industry in Seattle to work before you know massive private equity or sorry. I'm a investment management company in Los Angeles about seven weeks before the lockdown started. And so, yeah, it's just taking a little bit of time and, and, but it's been probably an unforgettable once in a career kind of a time that I shall never forget. We're recognizing that they can change more than they ever thought they could but there are limits to how much you can throw at them at one time.
