The Justice Department's Rule of No Action in Public Corruptcy Cases
The justice department has had a long-standing policy that they aren't going to make any kind of legal moves that would affect political races for nine i think it's ninety days there's a ninety day window before the election so what are they going to do if they haven't gone to trial or if they you know are in the middle of trial. There's nobody outside of the doj who can enforce this thing even if you call it a rule if they get donald trump to trial in july of 2024 which is not impossible i'm not going to go beyond not impossible michal says.
