How do you know when it's time to sit down and cuss common purpose? And i saw some other questions that are related to this, about people asking, what if people don't buy in to the purpose? How do you sort of navigate the why and when and the how to rally people? Ye, ye. I find that often change that you're trying to createou you have to think about multiple stakeholders. There's those that the change may be in sof and then there's those who need to be part of delivering or realizing that change.
