CNN's John Defterios asks: What is the lesson here? Because apparently now that we've tweaked our radar to be able to see these, we're going to see them a lot. He says it appears some intelligence officials at the Pentagon were aware of the incidents and harbored concerns they were related to China. The data collected about the Trump era incidents was limited to a basic assessment and therefore was not shared more broadly within the government at the time.
