The Challenges of Discipleship in a Post-Christendom Worldview Culture

As our children are growing up, they are imbibing all the post-Christendom assumptions. They're refracting the gospel message through their cultural lenses. We've actually now got to raise the next generation of Christians as if they're kind of like a subculture. So we get its appeal, but we also don't believe it. We don't follow it. And so you could live here and in an average week, a Dutch person would go to a school with all Dutch people. The big festival was Dutch. The shopping centres were Dutch. It was the most pure Dutch community outside of Holland anywhere in the world. Now let's talk discipleship and raising children and
