Can a Runner Do 50 Double Unders in 20 Seconds?

We could get movement, nutrition, strength and then the actual training that you're doing. Could we maybe go through each one? And if an athlete was curious if, you know, do i have a limitation in my movement or my strength, how would they start answering those kinds of questions? I think this is a really helpful framework. Youhave essentially given us four different areas to evaluate when it comes to our personal risk for a repetitive stress injury or some other type of running injury.
