Esther elsino: No big change has ever happened in an announcement. It might be started in an announcement, but the hard work that goes on beyond that is where the true disruption comes in. And i think one of the things that will be interesting for organizations is this idea, what about the places that don't have a great history? What other opportunity to do that than now?
