I'm a big believer in endurance training. But when you don't have, I think what happens is people tend to combine different systems. And maybe even just respect that you're, they're tired. So if someone's scheduling their own work and they've got a threshold workout scheduled for Thursday, and they go to try that threshold workout,. They're just killing themselves to make it happen. Maybe they should pull the plug and wait one or two more days.
