Climate Change - The Power of the Global North
I think that the power to do something in terms of mitigating climate change lies with the global north. The fact that those COPs are now here in the region, it creates ownership of the debate. For developing countries, loss and damage has not been recognized as an agenda item so far. It's really time to pick up whatever was discussed in Glasgow last year or also at other poorer nations.
