Newer nurses shouldn't be overlooked like they're very They're very on top of it. Once nurses have been there for a couple of years, sometimes you get a little burnt out and Um, you have the experience definitely to carry you but um, I think Newer Nurses are probably Most in most cases are actually some of the better nurses to have because they're very attentive. You know what I mean? Her life looked like it was just like wrapped in a bow still She had that fresh look in her face.
