The study looked at the effect of in-hospital mortality comparing rockerone and with succinylcholine. Rockerone patients had a higher percentage in cardiogenic shock, a higher percent undergoing ECMO that same day. The authors point out when you look at the use of millerinone in the ACC AHA guidelines, it doesn't necessarily have a recommendation for it.
