Type One, Type Two a Hybrids

For untrained people, you tend to see a relatively large pool of hybrid fibres. Within a single fibre, thereill be some type one miasin, some type two a miasin and some type two x miason. And then as you train, basically those hybrid fibres tend to differentiate. So if you did a lot of heavy strength, power training, those hybrids would shift more in the two a direction. If you stopped doing any of that resistance training and just at endurance training, the the hybrids would probably shift and start beating more type one ish. See, that's not going to take you from like, 80% fast twitch to 80 % slow twitch,
