What's the Purpose of Shape Shifting?
Hormones are chemicals in the body called hormones which tell animals when it's time to transform. The caterpillar is basically an eating machine all about eating and growing fat but then the butterfly has a nervous system, organs involved in breathing and breathes in a different way. All of those systems have got to be created in that pupa or chrysalis so it's a major change that's going onWow so that's incredible so it insects at least and the answer is these these hormone-based shape shifting processes.
