Is Transitional Housing Working?

Emergency housing was initially the national party's response to homelessness. There were 17 hundred permanent transitional houses when we came into government, there's now five and a half thousand. These are places where people can rebuild their lives. And so we have also been, we've purchased some motes, not many, tho we've purchased them where they make good housing sense in the future.
