How do you know what's going to work? U, so i try to train on, like, my longer runs, just bringing in food and stuff. I've still had a number of races where my stomachs gone south. And then if you really get like, far into race, start bringing in, like, comfort foods if you're really like struggling. Or hiking, like af feager hiking, what you eat when you hike would be, oh, oka, that's a good idea.
