No presidential candidate has ever run on the housing crisis. Food and housing are both equally necessary things to live, but only one of those is has such a constricted supply. Canada just asked that question. They passed this incredible suite of bills two years ago that established a right to housing in Canada. And we can think about that having that conversation too.
