The company has a very ritualized method of feedback, which happens every four weeks. We give up the idea that you can tell people what to do in this we gain back the idea thatyou help people improve and thay thereby make better decisions next time. The other part of this fed back model that i am a big proponent of is, i think it's easy to say everyone should give each other feedback, but without a dedicated form feedback always feels a little more offensive.
