Stress is still a big factor, but it acts through these other things. It's not something that we can't necessarily try and change, but us and for other people. If the work is actually maybe part of what you're enjoying and giving you a purpose in life, it could actually be very beneficial. That's really interesting. They used to talk about this, you know, like the stress would kill you and give you heart attacks, right? In the 60s, right? But I think we've now decided this was mainly the diet, isn't it? Or the alcohol or the smoking? Probably the smoking.
