The Different Incentives on Layer Two of Bitcoin

On bitcoins layer one. There's a lot like people love how the incentives are so well aligned between so many different participants that have kind of like we've ushered in Bitcoin because of this incentive system. Is there that same incentive structure on layer two and should there be? And I think that it's sort of unclear in a lot of ways, depends on it on the layer to like when you lock your Bitcoin up into a multi sec are you one of the parties in the multi sec is a big part of it.
