Is There a Disinflationary Impulse in Productivity Growth?
In Japan, there's been no inflation for almost what two decades. And when you pay people to stay home to do nothing, well, let me inform everybody who's paying attention that that's not good for productivity growth. If you have excellent excellent productivity growth, that is a disinflationary impulse. I think that's something we don't really talk about and it's just something we haven't really discussed here.
